OCEAN CITY, Md. - The Virginia man accused in a deadly hit and run crash that claimed the life of a Towson University student has been scheduled for trial.  Diogo Facchini was arraigned Tuesday in Worcester County on 10 counts including negligent homicide by car, driving while under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.  His trial has been scheduled for September 13th.
