A man wanted for shooting his ex-girlfriend in Cecil County was arrested in Delaware Friday, state police said.
Nicholas A. Antinone shot and wounded his estranged girlfriend, police said.
Just after 11:00 a.m. Friday, police located Antinone and the Cadillac he was driving in a parking lot in Glasgow, Delaware. Antinone was by himself and was arrested without incident.
The victim, 29-year-old Mariann R. Reachard, was flown by helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center to be treated for her injuries.
Antinone is considered to be armed and dangerous. He is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault and related charges.
