Carroll County Police have arrested a suspect in connection to a Baugher's Orchard theft from September 4, 2016.
Justin Llyod Kemp, 32, was arrested and charged with 2nd degree burglary and theft over $1,000.
Store employees had reported to deputies that s suspect was observed leaving an office space area that was not generally open to the public. They then discovered currency to be missing.
