The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office has released a sketch of a person of interest relating to an assault that happened last month in Westminster.
The incident occurred at Lime Kiln Park on January 25th. Police describe the subject as “a dark skin male, clean shaven, younger looking (18-25 yo), approximately 5’8”, slender build” and wearing a black hooded jacket and black pants.

A $2,500.00 reward is being offered by the Westminster Police Department for any tip that leads to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in this case.
