Police are searching for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven store in Finksburg Thursday.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police responded to 2102 Sandymount Road around 1:45 a.m.
Police said an unidentified white male “entered the store, displayed an edged weapon, and demanded money.” The employee complied and the suspect ran away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The man is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He was seen wearing dark colored pants, dark shoes, a light colored long sleeve shirt, and a pink or faded red baseball hat with an “M” on it. The suspect wore an orange shirt to cover his face.
