Man found guilty of Walmart theft in Carroll County

Brandon Odie Tuck was found guilty of theft Thursday in Carroll County court for walking out o a Westminster Walmart without paying for two home security systems valued under $800.

On September 12, 2015, Tucked escaped the scene before being confronted by Walmart asset protection employees. 

Westminster Police found the rental vehicle Tuck used to flee the scene. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and seized court documents with Tuck's name on them, Tuck's Maryland driver's license, and the clothes Tuck wore during the commission of the theft.
 
Tuck was identified at trial by Walmart asset protection as the individual that stole the home security systems.
