Woman pleads guilty in husband's death

DUNDALK, Md. - A Baltimore County woman faces spending most of the rest of her life in prison after pleaded guilty to first degree murder for her role in the killing of her husband.

Jaclyn Martin pleaded guilty on Friday. 

According to police, on May 22, 2010, they found Robert Lee Martin on his front lawn, shot eight times.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jaclyn Martin.  According to police, she asked her brother Robert Garner to help kill her husband.

Garner also pleaded guilty.  Both face a maximum of 60 years in prison as a result of the plea.

Also arrested in connection to the murder were Brandon Roth and Sturm Davis. 

Davis pleaded guilty to armed robbery, and Roth pleaded guilty to first degree assault.

Both face ten years in prison.
