TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) -
Baltimore County Police have charged two men for the murder of 27-year-old Al-Sawab Sawab on November 25, 2012.
Police arrested Deonte Robinson, 18 and Kenneth Johnson, 22, for the murder.
At the time of the killing, police found the victim leaning against the door of an apartment suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He later died of his injuries.
During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that the suspects had gone to the apartment to purchase marijuana. Johnson paid the victim, but didn't have enough money and a confrontation began.
During the fight, Robinson shot Sawab as he tried to run away.
Johnson was charged with one count of first degree murder and one count of use of a firearm during a felony crime. He is currently being held without bail.
Robinson is also being held without bail on unrelated charges.
