Timothy Virts back in Maryland, charged with murder

TOWSON, Md. - Baltimore County police said Timothy Virts is back in Maryland and has been officially charged with the murder of Bobbi Jo Cortez.

Virts, 38, of Dundalk, triggered a national Amber Alert last Thursday when police said he allegedly killed Cortez, the mother of his twin daughters. He then allegedly abducted one of the girls, 11-year-old Caitlyn Virts.
