Teen witnesses robbery, then is robbed in Owings Mills

Two men wanted in an Owings Mills robbery have been arrested.

According to police, the suspects arrested two people walking down the street.

The incident happened on July 27 in Owings Mills. Police said the teen was walking behind someone along Lakeside Boulevard when two men approach them. They took the person's credit card and cell phone before turning to the teen, producing what looked like a knife and took his headphones.

No one was injured in the incident. Police canvassed the area looking for surveillance footage of the duo and were able to capture images of the believed culprits.
