Shooting in Towson apartment not random, police say

TOWSON, Md. - Police believe a shooting at a Towson apartment complex wasn’t a random act, Baltimore County police said in a release.

A man was shot once in lower body on Wednesday sometime before 4:42 p.m.

The resident of the 8400 block of Loch Raven Boulevard was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
