Police in Baltimore County are searching for the man who robbed a BP gas station in Catonsville.
It happened at the store on 607 Frederick Road around 9 a.m. back on September 9.
The man walked into the store and asked the clerk to buy a lottery ticket. When the clerk moved, the man reached over the counter, grabbed the cash register and ran out of the store. Detectives say he hopped into an older model dark colored pickup truck and drove down Bishops Lane toward Bloomingdale Avenue.
Police released surveillance video from the store, hoping to identify the thief.
