A walk-in shooting victim in an area hospital leads police to a crime scene in Lansdowne.
Baltimore County Police determined through their investigation the man was shot while he was outside Saturday night in the 2900 block of Lakebrook Circle.
Officers are unsure of what happened but they do believe the victim has been targeted.
The victim is expected to survive his injuries.
Police have not identified a suspect at this time.
