Police investigating vandalism of Towson speed camera

TOWSON, Md. - Baltimore County police are investigating the vandalism of a speed camera in Towson.

Police said between 8:30 and 9 a.m. April 19 a person was walking his dog in the area of Thornton and Landrake roads. The man discovered that the speed camera and lenses at the location had been sprayed over with white paint.

The suspect and actual time of the vandalism are unknown at this time. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. Those with information can also call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP where they could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 if they provide suspect information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.
