Pikesville package thieves charged

Baltimore County police charged two men in connection with thefts of packages from homes in Pikesville.
 
John Leon Kenney, 25,  and Sean Lamont Arrington, 47, have been charged with multiple counts of fourth-degree burglary and theft.  They are both held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $25,000 and $20,000 bond respectively. 
 
Detectives began investigating after several reports of packages being stolen. 
 
The investigation found two men wearing yellow reflective vests were taking packages left in front of homes and then leaving in a dark SUV.
 
The two men were later identified and Kenney and Arrington.
 
Detectives have been able to recover some of the property and are continuing to investigate.
