Men arrested in Overlea van shooting that injured toddler

OVERLEA, Md. - Baltimore County police said two men have been charged in connection with a March 3 shooting in Overlea in which a 2-year-old girl inside a minivan was injured by shrapnel.

She was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There were no other injuries reported during this incident.
