Two men arrested in Charles Village Pub stabbing

TOWSON, Md. -  

Police charged two men in connection to a stabbing at a popular Towson bar.

Nicholas Jarrad Jones, 22, was charged with attempted first degree and assault. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.

Police charged his friend, Robert Lee Blackshire II,  with second degree assault. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $7500 bail.

Police said that shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday Jones was arguing with a woman in the Charles Village pub when the victim intervened and a fight ensued. The victim was stabbed several times and was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Blackshire assaulted a friend of the victim.

Both men were arrested at the scene.

Two bystanders received non life-threatening injuries unrelated to the fight.
