A shooting at an apartment building sent one man to the hospital.
It happened around 3 p.m. Monday. The 23-year-old was shot inside the vestibule of one of the buildings at Strawberry Hill Apartments. The man was hit several times and taken to the hospital.
The shooter left the scene before police arrived. Officers canvassed the area for clues and witnesses. They believe the man was targeted and say there is no danger to the public.
