Baltimore County police are investigating a homicide after a man was found shot to death in Windsor Mill.
The victim was found near Liberty Road and Liberty Place around 6 p.m. Wednesday suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passerby called 911, reporting that a man appeared to have been assaulted and why lying unconscious on the sidewalk.
