Baltimore County Police say 27-year-old Terrance Smalls was sentenced to 18 years for sexual abuse of a 4-year-old girl.
According to police, in November of 2016 after church service, a 4-year-old girl told her mother that she was abused in the bathroom during church service by Smalls.
Officials say the investigation indicated that Smalls encouraged the little girl to go to the bathroom and abused her. They say DNA was also found on the little girl.
Smalls was a volunteer at a church daycare center, a teaches aide at a local Elementary School, and an aide at a little gym and play center.
