A woman is in critical condition after a man shot her in Catonsville early Sunday morning.
Police found the 25-year-old female at the Ramada Inn on the 6400 block of Baltimore National Pike. She was suffering from a bullet wound to the middle of her body.
The woman had been interacting with Colin Barrington Willams, Jr., 32, in a hotel room. During that time, he shot her once and ran.
Police arrested Williams Monday evening; he is now facing charges of attempted first-degree murder and use of a firearm for a felony crime. He's at the Baltimore County Detention Center being held without bail.
