A man was found stabbed along the side of I-695 Monday morning, launching a police investigation into what happened.
Shortly after 4 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to I-695 near Liberty Road where they found the 32-year-old man suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment, and is expected to survive.
The preliminary investigation has indicated that the man was at an unknown location when he was stabbed. He then drove to the location where he was found.
The violent crimes unit is investigating and anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
