When officers arrived at the scene, they found 35-year-old Todd Ryan Wink suffering from multiple stab wounds. Wink was taken to an area hospital for treatment. His status was not available Monday morning.

Investigators learned that the victim and his brother, 38-year-old Scott Christopher Wink, were arguing in the Giant parking lot when Scott Wink allegedly stabbed his younger brother.

Scott Wink was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault. He was being held without bail Monday at the Baltimore County Detention Center/
