A Middle River man faces charges after being accused of threatening another man with a chainsaw.

Baltimore County police said Michael Dobihal had been staying at the man's home on Bird River Grove Road when Monday the two got into an argument.

The homeowner told police it got physical and he told Dobihal to pack his things and leave. Dobihal is said to have gone to his truck, grabbed the chainsaw, fired it and started moving in the direction of the homeowner.

The police were called and took Dobihal to the hospital for treatment of injuries he sustained in the fight. The homeowner suffered a cut to his hand.

Dobihal was then taken to the Batlimore County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
