Man killed in police-involved shooting in Baltimore County identified

Baltimore County Police have just identified the man who was shot and killed Friday afternoon following a suspected bank robbery. 

Oddis Bernard Colvin Jr., 33, of the 8400 block of Winands Road in Pikesville, was shot and killed by police. A second suspect was also shot, police said, and has non- life threatening injuries. 

Police said that suspect is known as the Aviator, who is sought by the FBI in connection with multiple bank robberies.

Police said the shooting happened after a robbery at Wells Fargo Bank in the 1500 block of Reisterstown Road. The robbery occurred at around 1 p.m. The suspects then fled the scene in a vehicle. Officers shut down traffic in the area of Old Court and Falls roads in an attempt to block their escape.
