A 3-month-old died Monday, five days after she was taking to the hospital from a daycare center in Dundalk, Baltimore County police officials noted in a release.
Police were dispatched to Schappel’s Daycare in the 1700 block of Rita Rd. at 1 p.m. on Sept. 10.
Responding officers found 3-month-old Finleigh Adams not breathing. She was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital in critical condition. She died Monday.
“Preliminary autopsy results showed no signs of foul play,” according to the release. “This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit. The Homicide Unit investigates sudden deaths of juveniles.”
