TOWSON (WMAR) -- A Baltimore County Councilman was sentenced today in his DUI case.
Todd Huff was found guilty and received a 1 year sentence followed by 2 years of supervised probation for a drinking and driving incident that happened in February.
Earlier this month, Huff pleaded guilty to the driving under the influence charge with the agreement to have other charges dropped.
As part of Huff's probation, he must submit to random alcohol testing, remain alcohol free for the entire probation period, have a restricted license and complete a 26 week program.
According to police Huff was stopped on York Road in Towson and had a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 percent.
