A barricade situation and a fire were reported inside a home located in the unit block of Bartley Court in Perry Hall.
Baltimore County Police were called for a suicidal subject just before 9:30 a.m. Friday. Nearly 30 minutes later, crews responded to a fire in the home.
Police said a woman was taken into custody and could undergo an emergency evaluation. The fire has been contained.
Authorities don't yet know how the two incidents are related.
No injuries were reported.
