Baltimore County Police searching for Date robbery victims

Baltimore County Police are asking for victims of Date robbery to come forward after arresting two suspects.

Officers charged 21-year-old Matthew Bauer and 18-year-old Paul Keve with armed robbery, assault and other charges after they robbed a 24-year-old man.

The suspects arranged a meeting with the victim on a cell phone based dating app called Jack’d on March 31.

According to police, the victim met with Bauer and Keve in the 7500 block of Westfield Road in Dundalk.

He was surrounded by the suspects who then threatened him with a knife and stole his cash and cell phone.

Police said, in an earlier incident on March 2 a 22-year-old man was robbed and beaten after setting up a meeting with a person named Josh on a similar dating app called Grinder.

When the victim arrived to the 1600 block of Four Georges Court in Dundalk he was approached by an unknown suspect wearing a ski mask and dark clothing who demanded his money and cell phone.

The victim attempted to flee and was surrounded by two other unknown suspects who began to assault him.

The three suspects fled with the victim’s property, Keve was identified as one of the suspect in this incident and has been charged in this case.
