Baltimore County Police are investigating two home invasions that happened in Milbrook Park Apartments in Pikesville over the last week and a half.

Police said the victims were older people who spoke primarily Russian, with minimal English speaking abilities. Both incidents occurred on Saturday afternoons.

The first home invasion occurred just before 2:30 p.m. on April 2, when the suspect followed the victim into his apartment in the 6900 block of Brookmill Road. The suspect demanded money, implied he was armed, and said he would start shooting everyone if he didn't get it. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and left in an unknown direction.

The suspect in that invasion is described as an African-American man, 35 to 50 years old, 180 pounds, wearing a black knit hat, black polyester jacket and black long sleeve shirt.

The second home invasion occurred between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m. on April 9. The suspect knocked on an apartment door in the 6900 block of Marsue Drive. When the resident answered the door, the suspect pushed his way into the apartment. He assaulted the victim and took his jacket before running away. The victim was transported to an area hospital for his injuries.

Police are looking for an African-American man, 40 to 50 years old, 6 feet, 215 pounds, wearing a gray T-shirt and gray sweat pants.

Both incidents are under investigation by the Pikesville Precinct Investigative Services Team.
