Baltimore County police charge three in WIndsor Mill shooting

Baltimore County Police have charged three suspects in connection with the Aug. 19 shooting in Windsor Mill that left the victim injured. 

Randell  Joseph,18,of the 4800 block of Laurel Avenue, Frank Blackwell, 21,of the 500 block of Decker Avenue and Coron  Johnson Jr. 20, of the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue  were charged with attempted first degree murder. 

 They are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

At 1:45 a.m.Baltimore County Police responded to the area of Elesmere Drive and Tudsbury Road  for a report of shots fired.

The victim was located in the area suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim and another person were walking along Elesmere Drive near Tudsbury Road when they were confronted by the suspects.

The suspects displayed a gun and robbed the victims of their cell phones. As the victim and the person he was with ran from the suspects, one of the suspects shot the victim at least once.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit.
