Baltimore County police ID three people arrested for manufacturing the drug Molly

TOWSON, Md. - Baltimore County police charged three people Thursday in connection with a narcotics bust at a home in the 700 block of Walker Avenue the day before .

Police said the trio was manufacturing the drug known as Molly inside the home.

Detectives obtained a search and seizure warrant for the home as the result of a narcotics investigation. When they served the warrant, they found chemicals that can be used to manufacture narcotics. The chemicals, when mixed, could be hazardous, police said, and the Baltimore County Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team was called in to inspect the chemicals.

Police arrested Priscilla W. Sheldon-Cost, 51, her boyfriend Thomas Ronald Joyave, 52, both of whom live in the house, and Vincent Mark Ricker, 24, of Fairgreen Road. All three were charged with narcotics offenses.

Both Sheldon-Cost and Ricker are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $30,000 bail. Joyave is free on $20,000 bail.
