Arrest made after shooting at Middle River home

MIDDLE RIVER, Md. (WMAR) - An arrest has been made in connection to a shooting at a Middle River home on Monday.

The suspect was arrested Tuesday in Pennsylvania. The name of the suspect will be released once they are extradited to Maryland.

Police were called to a home on Compass Road just after 5:30 p.m. Monday for a shooting. Investigators determined the victim invited a friend over, who arrived with men the he didn't know. At some point, a fight broke out, the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim, a 26-year-old man. The victim is listed in fair condition at the hospital.

Detectives are still investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident. The Baltimore County Police Department is asking anyone with information to call 410-307-2020.
