VIDEO | Baltimore Mayor talks about plans to address city youth violence

BALTIMORE - So far, five boys have died in Baltimore in 2014. 

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake says she plans to attend a number of community safety forums to address the city youth violence that has reached boiling point. 

“We cannot arrest our way out of this situation,” Rawlings-Blake said.
