Two people stabbed in a NW Baltimore home Thursday night

BALTIMORE, Md. - Two people were stabbed in a northwest Baltimore home on Thursday night.

Police were called to a house on the 4100 block of Chatham Road before 9:45 p.m. for a reported stabbing.

When they got there, they found a man, age 73, in critical condition, and woman, age 31, in serious but stable condition, suffering from stab wounds.

A suspect, age 43, was taken into custody on the scene, according to police.

Police believe that the three people are related and got into an argument.  Both victims were transported to the hospital.

Due to the severity of the man's injuries, homicide detectives are investigating.
