BALTIMORE - Baltimore City police are investigating a pair of shootings in which two individuals suffered gunshot wounds to the arm and face.
At 10:12 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 3000 Block of Harlem Ave. for a reported shooting. There, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The victim is currently listed in stable condition but has not been interviewed because of heavy sedation.
This came after another man was shot Wednesday afternoon.
Police said at approximately 3:11 p.m., officers were called to an area hospital for a man who walked in with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said that the victim was in the intersection of 22nd St. and Barclay when he was approached by an unidentified male. The male then displayed a handgun and demanded money from the victim. The victim attempted to run and was shot by the suspect. The victim then ran home and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect fled the scene.
At this time the victim is in stable condition.
