Two charged in teen girls' death


Baltimore City Police have arrested two 18-year-old boys in connection with a double shooting that claimed the life of a 17-year-old girl. 
Police arrested Dorrien Allen and Tevin Hines in connection with the January 15 murder. Just before 11:00 a.m., officers responded to the 3900 block for a call for a shooting. 
Officers located Michelle Adrian, 17, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She later died at the hospital. A second victim, a 19-year-old male was also found suffering from a gunshot wound, he survived the shooting. 
Detectives believe that the murder was a robbery that turned violent. Detectives credit the police officer who patrols that area as vital in identifying Allen. 
Based on the description of the suspect, the patrolman was able to provide Detectives with the identity of Allen who was later confirmed as the suspect in this murder. 
Both Allen and Hines are facing numerous charges including first and second degree murder, attempted first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault and carious robbery and weapons charges.
