A motions hearing is slated for October.
The seven officers were indicted back in March. Most of the officers were part of the specialized Gun Trace Task Force using their post to commit robberies and extortion.
The indictments also allege the officers made fake police reports and deliberately turned off their body worn cameras to conduct their business.
Several cases charged by the involved officers have been dismissed since the indictment.
