Teen found not guilty of premeditated murder in Arnesha Bower's case

A jury has returned a partial verdict in the Raeshawn Rivers trial finding him not guilty on multiple counts.

The jurors found Rivers not guilty of premeditated murder, conspiracy to murder, arson, burglary with intent to commit crime of violence, false imprisonment, conspiracy robbery and robbery with a deadly weapon.

Jurors were unable to reach a unanimous decisions on other charges, and are scheduled to return to court Monday.

The Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office released a statement, 

"While it is extremely troubling that the family of Arnesha Bowers did not receive closure today, we will continue our pursuit of justice for this innocent young woman. We offer our deepest condolences to Arnesha’s loved ones and will continue to offer our services and support."

Bowers'  bound body was found by investigators in her grandmother's torched home. 

Co-defendants John Childs and Adonay Dixon both pleaded guilty.
