Police have identified two suspects involved in a foiled liquor store robbery on Harford Road Tuesday.
Maurice Allen Jr. and Malik McCaffity face a series of charges, including armed robbery and assault.

Tuesday morning, someone saw Allen and McCaffity park a car on the sidewalk in front of a Harford Road liquor store in northeast Baltimore. The owner of the store walked out to tell them they couldn't park there and police say the suspects then pulled a gun.
Someone nearby was able to flag down an officer. The officer went into the store and fired one shot. Allen surrendered immediately. McCaffity hid in a refrigerator before giving up and being taken into custody.
