Baltimore Police are investigating after a 22-year-old man was fatally shot early Saturday morning at a gas station in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard.
In surveillance video, the men can be seen jumping out of a vehicle and shooting at the victim after following him into the station.
Police later identified the victim as Louis Young, who is the stepson of local Baltimore attorney Warren A. Brown. Young is known to his family as "Cody."
