Police say they were called to the 5600 block of the Alameda around 5:45 p.m. by Baltimore City Fire for report of an accident with injury.
When they arrived they realized the driver had been shot.
Officers soon learned the victim was shot in the 1200 block of Cochran Avenue.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, but he later died from his injuries.
