Police investigating three shootings

Two shot Easter morning


Three people were shot in the overnight hours in Baltimore City police said.

According to police a 56-year-old man with bullet wounds in an arm and leg walked into a an area emergency room  around 11 p.m. Saturday night. A short time earlier police said there were reports of gunshots heard in the 2400 block of Harlem Avenue.The victim told investigators he was sitting in his car when an unknown person approached the vehicle and started shooting.

Investigators believe the shooting is the result of a dispute earlier in the evening.

Around 2:30 a.m. a patrol officer found a man in the 1100 block of Dundalk Avenue with a gunshot wound to the arm. The man told police he was walking in the 6500 block of O'Donnell Street when he was shot.

Four hours later officers found another man suffering from gunshot wounds.  Around 6:47 a.m. police responded to the 1600 block of E. 29 th Street where they found the victim had been shot at least once. The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
