A man is dead after what appears to be a landlord-tenant dispute in southwest Baltimore, police said.
Around 8:00 p.m. officers were called to the 500 block of Brunswick Street for a shooting. When they arrived they found a 50-year-old man who had been shot in the stomach. He was taken to an area hospital and is expected to survive.
During the investigation officers found a man who looked to be in his 20s in an alley. He was taken to Shock Trauma where he later died.
Police said the double shooting may have been the result of a landlord-tenant dispute.
A person of interest is in custody.
