Police are investigating a shooting Thursday outside of Turning Point, a methadone treatment clinic in Baltimore.
Around 3:00 p.m. officers were called to East North Avenue for a report of a shooting. Once on scene, an adult man was found with a gunshot wound to his hand. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police say the shooting was caught on surveillance video, where you can see the suspect point a gun a fire.

The clinic's director told ABC2 he's now treating more than three-thousand heroin addicts every day. That's up from around 2,200 last year.
Reverend Milton Williams also took us outside the clinic, onto port street at the intersection with north avenue, which on many days is an open-air drug market.
He told us he's hoping for a larger police presence outside the clinic, but he knows on many days that's not possible.
Baltimore City's Police Commissioner said there's been more than 230 shooting near methadone clinics in Baltimore.
The mayor has said she's looking into alternative ways to get treatment for Baltimore city's thousands of heroin addicts.
