City police are investigating a shooting incident that left one woman dead Saturday evening in southwest Baltimore.
Around 11:35 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of Brunswick Avenue for a reported shooting.
When officers arrived to the scene they located a woman suffering with gunshot wounds to her head and torso.
The unidentified woman was taken to area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
