Baltimore Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened just before midnight Saturday in Fells Point.
Officers responding to the 500 block of S. Broadway found 26-year-old Domonique Dungee, of the 800 block of N. Carey Street, suffering a gunshot wound to the torso.
He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital but died overnight. Police believe the victim was in argument with an unknown person which led to the shooting.
