BALTIMORE - Baltimore City homicide detectives are on the scene of a man they found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds early Friday evening.
According to police, emergency personnel were called to the 1700 of Ashburton Street at 5:26 p.m. for a reported shooting.
When officials arrived, they found a man that had been shot multiple times.
Baltimore City Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said that police do not believe this shooting was tied to gangs or drugs.
According to Batts, homicide detectives do not see a connection between this shooting and the three other fatal shootings that occurred since January 1.
