Police arrested a Baltimore man in connection to a murder at a BP gas station in March.
Based on witness interviews and surveillance footage, police arrested Eugene Cartwright, 44 on May 19. He was taken to Central Booking and charged with 1st degree murder.
On March 29, 32-year-old Claud Maid was assaulted in the BP gas station parking lot in the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road.
Following the assault he went into cardiac arrest and died a short time later.
