Police have arrested and charged a man for a November 2015 shooting in West Baltimore that left one man injured.

On November 29, 2015, a man walked into Bon Secour Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.  Baltimore Police said the 34-year-old male victim told them he walked out of the carryout in the 2700 block of Wilkens Avenue when an unknown suspect began shooting at him.

After two months of investigating, detectives identified 33-year-old Michael White as a shooting suspect.

On February 3, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested White in the same block where the November shooting occurred.

White was transported to the Citywide Shooting office at which time he requested a lawyer before giving a statement, police said.

White is charged with 1st degree attempted murder and is now at central booking where he is held without bail, police said.
